Shipping Policy

Domestic orders
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage; shipping is included in the product price.
At checkout customers may upgrade to USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express (1–2 business day) or UPS for an additional fee.

International orders
International shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.
We suggest that small packages going to Canada or ERAU customers choose an option at checkout that pre-pays tariffs and customs fees; if selected, duties and taxes are included so the customer will not be billed on delivery.
Customers are responsible for any import restrictions, additional duties, taxes, or customs brokerage fees unless the pre-pay duties option is selected.

Processing & transit
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Transit times are carrier-estimated and exclude processing time and weekends/holidays.  Tracking info is sent to the customer when the postage label is created.


Address verification, fraud & failed delivery
We use address verification and fraud-detection checks during payment processing; orders with mismatched or invalid address information may be held for review or declined.
Please provide a complete shipping address (street, city, state/province, postal code, country) at checkout to avoid delays.  
Deliveries to Mail Centers must have verified address format. We may contact you or your mail center if needed.
If a package is returned for an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you for instructions; additional reshipment fees may apply.

Lost, damaged, or missing packages
Report lost or damaged shipments to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to file claims and, if appropriate, replace or refund the affected items once the carrier’s investigation is complete.  It is appreciated if you send us pictures of the damage to

Cancellations & changes
Contact us as soon as possible to change or cancel an order. If the order has already shipped, standard return/reship policies apply

Payment & refunds
Payments are processed via Authorize.Net. Address Verification Service (AVS) and other fraud checks may affect authorization and processing.
Refunds for shipping are handled per our returns policy and any applicable carrier rules.

Special Instructions for Purchase and Delivery


Shipping & Details
Freshly prepared Bravo Living Probiotic Yogurt is made from high‑quality raw cow and goat milk sourced from a small family farm in Central Florida. Each batch is cultured immediately after picking up farm fresh milk and packed on ice.  It is then  shipped overnight to preserve freshness and potency.
Shipping and handling
Prepared yogurt ships overnight via USPS Priority Mail Express (included in the product price).
Only one jar fits per insulated envelope; additional items ship separately via USPS Ground Advantage. Small add-ons (1–2 bottles or powders) may fit alongside the jar.
Shipping is weather‑sensitive. Hot or cold weather can be okay but not if it is delayed.  Air travel is usually cool due to altitude.  
Its helpful to order before Sunday so we know how much to make.  We can ship out for several days but it is best to ship before Friday when possible.
If delivery requires an extra day, the yogurt has shown resilience for 1–3 days in transit, but overnight delivery is preferred.
Please be available to receive the package (or provide an alternative delivery location such as work, a neighbor, or leave a cooler for the courier) to avoid spoilage from heat or freezing.
Product notes
Made from raw cow and goat milk with intact proteins. Culturing begins immediately after coming from farm.
Colostrum supports the cultures and can be added for second‑generation batches; colostrum powder and accessories are available on our shop (access requires checking terms and conditions).
For recommended supplements, consider Bravo Protocol (1 capsule, twice daily) or Bravo Protocol Xtra to support circulation within the interstitial fluids and detoxification of lymph while using the yogurt.

Usage guidance
Refrigerate prepared yogurt within a few hours of receipt. The starter cultures tolerate room temperature briefly.
We use raw milk but we pasteurize it.  Most raw milk suggests pet and agriculture only

Returns, damage, and claims
Due to the perishable nature of prepared yogurt, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for prepared Bravo yogurt (including breakage or delays). The product is insured; customers may file a USPS claim if needed.
If you are a regular customer and have proved that you can receive and preserve the product, you can ask for a refund if something goes wrong.
If the Bravo does not deliver as expected, please go outside and look at all the unlikely places it might be in the mailbox that you never use, or by the door that goes to the back of the house, etc.  Sometimes the over nights need special handling and it is given to a person that is not a usual carrier.  Look around, call the post office.  They will call the carrier on the cell.
If you have concerns about shipping, taste, milk source, or suitability, consider purchasing the Bravo GcMAF Probiotic Starter (3‑pack) to make yogurt yourself or have someone else make it before ordering prepared product.
