Subscription How-To:
Q: How do I create a Subscription Discount?
A: To Create a Subscription, check the Subscribe and Save button, and select the frequency you would like (1 week - 12 weeks). Once you complete the checkout process, your Subscription will be created.
Q: How do I change or cancel a Subscription?
A: Subscriptions cannot be edited by Customers. Instead, you would need to cancel the Subscription and create a new one. If you need to make a specific change to your Subscription, please contact us. To cancel, navigate to the person icon in the top right. Then, click the Subscription button under Account Details.
Q: Does the Subscription automatically charge every month?
A: No, the Subscription is only a reminder. It will send you a reminder email every time the Subscription is due. You can choose to complete the order whenever you would like. As long as you save the email, you can click the link inside and receive the Subscription Discount.

Q: How do I sign up for the Affiliate Program?
A: Navigate to HealthyEnergetics.com homepage and scroll to the bottom. Click the Affiliate button. On the next page, select the program you want to enter: Retail or Practitioner. Once you complete the sign-up form, Please allow up to 48 hours for manual approval.
Q: I signed up and I'm approved, how can I start earning?
A: After you are approved, please navigate to your Affiliate Dashboard and add your payment method. First click Settings, then click Payment and enter your details.
Q: Where can I find my Affiliate Link?
A: After you are approved, visit your Affiliate Dashboard to view and copy your custom Affiliate Link.
